JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Marketing Executive supports our Greystar student and multifamily portfolio and brands, such as, Canvas or Be Casa Essential, representing the Marketing team by taking the lead on all marketing deliverables for assigned developments. Including, but not limited to, strategy and execution of tactical marketing plans in order to drive brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, customer retention, occupancy and leads that in turn achieve optimum leasing and financial performance in line with the company’s business development plans.JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Day to day lead for marketing activities and reporting for allocated assets in line with the marketing plan and budgets.
- Leads in briefing and planning the production with external suppliers.
- Lead the delivery of marketing plans for Student and Multifamily projects through the tactical implementation of materials and activities that support the achievement of the portfolio’s business objectives (e.g. execution of activities, creation of digital ads, creation of presentations, marketing materials, resident communications, website strategy and content updates, photography, video and event support).
- Work alongside the Marketing Team and support the marketing activities of the other buildings: opening, events and achieving occupancy targets for these assets.
- Act as brand guardian and ensure all campaign messaging, website copy and creatives follow the brand and tone of voice guidelines.
- Design and/or ensure that all marketing collateral is of consistently high quality in copy, tone and design and is optimised for brand engagement and lease conversions.
- Coordinate and attend various events and promotions throughout the year at our properties, to ensure both outstanding quality and sound commercial outputs.
- Maintains a close connection to all stakeholders (internal and external), updating them regularly on progress- so that in the end all brand materials, assets and campaigns are signed off and distributed accordingly.
- Manage all video and photo shooting projects. Support properties team with brand and marketing initiatives.
- Works with internal designers and external design agencies to deliver marketing materials that meet brand guidelines (email campaigns, banners, adverts, flyers etc.) and appeal to the specific target markets
- Assist the team by working with the Operators and Asset Management team to understand their business needs and marketing requirements; and ensure that all marketing campaigns, communications and activities are run in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Put the customer at the heart of everything we do, by working closely with the Customer Strategy and Insights team to understand segmentation, persons and research.
- Assist in the creation of a yearly marketing budget.
- Support the invoicing process and tracking of budgets.

- Follow established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organisational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s).
- Demonstrate appropriate safe behaviours in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s).
- Identify areas for improvement and offers suggestions and/or act on opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Keep abreast of current changes in technology, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training classes, research and/or subscribing to the internet or other professional publications, or utilising other appropriate method(s) to obtain business and professional information, and applies knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibility.
Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Degree level education ideally with a marketing, branding, advertising or design focus; or equivalent experience
- IT literate and proficient with in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel (to at least Intermediate level)
- Basic understanding of reporting including Google Analytics
- Mid-level knowledge of design tools (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).
Experience & Skills:
- Exceptional written, presentation and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with influence and impact at all levels.
- Experience writing effective marketing material including presentations and copy.
- Experience in the full creative process – briefing, planning, developing, execution and evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the creation and implementation of marketing campaign plans and events.
- Experience in creating marketing metrics and reporting on ROI.
- Strong organisational skills along with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and/ or priorities.
