We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Spanish speaking Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive you will be instrumental in crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate our brand and drive business growth in Spanish-and/or Portuguese - speaking regions. Your creativity, analytical mindset, and collaborative spirit will be key to delivering impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • English literacy is mandatory
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

The successful candidate will be accountable for

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and events
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and inform strategy
  • Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to optimize results
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms
  • Event Management: Organize and coordinate marketing events in the Spanish speaking region, including trade shows, promotional activities, and local initiatives
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with local vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing resources
