Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with proven experience in the dermatology sector to promote dermatology products, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive business growth across the Sultanate of Oman. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a strong understanding of dermatology products and treatment trends.


Key Responsibilities
  • Promote dermatology and skincare products to Dermatologists, General Practitioners, Aesthetic Clinics, Hospitals, and Pharmacies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales and marketing objectives.
  • Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, CME programs, workshops, and medical events.
  • Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to maximize product visibility and market penetration.
  • Prepare daily call reports, monthly activity reports, and sales forecasts.
  • Ensure effective merchandising and branding at assigned healthcare facilities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and scientific meetings representing the company.
  • Provide timely market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dermatology, Cosmeceutical, Pharmaceutical.
  • Experience in the GCC, preferably Oman, will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of dermatology products and skincare market.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales and marketing targets.
  • Relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and market research abilities.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Valid GCC/Omani driving license is preferred.
