How you'll make an impact
Review tender documents to understand customer requirements and scope
Prepare accurate, competitive quotations using cost analysis and benchmarks
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and commercial inputs
Manage tender timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time submissions
Analyze bid opportunities and contribute to bid/no-bid decisions
Identify and assess risks in bids, contracts, and estimates
Maintain clear, compliant documentation and perform quality checks
Engage with customers to clarify requirements and support a positive experience
Your background
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, bids, or quotation preparation
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical and market data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tendering/CRM tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, marketing, or project-related roles
- Knowledge of transformers or power delivery equipment
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Power BI
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and commercial requirements
