This newly forming Budapest-based Marketing Operations & MarTech Hub serves as a strategic execution engine for EMEA markets. Working across media, digital, data, content, websites, digital shelf and marketing effectiveness, the team enables consistent, high-quality marketing delivery across the region.
The Hub helps markets scale capabilities, simplify ways of working and continuously improve performance through shared expertise, standardised processes and regional collaboration.
About the RolePurpose of the Role
The Marketing Effectiveness Manager partners with markets and brand teams to unlock growth through data, analytics and measurement. By leveraging global effectiveness tools and methodologies, the role helps optimize marketing investments, answer critical business questions and turn insights into actions that drive stronger business outcomes.
Top Accountabilities
Partner with regional, category and market teams to address key business questions through marketing effectiveness and analytics.
Support the implementation and adoption of global measurement and optimization tools across markets.
Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that improve marketing investment decisions and business performance.
Execute measurement, modelling and scenario-planning initiatives to identify growth opportunities and optimize budget allocation.
Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing, media and brand teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders, agencies and data providers to ensure high-quality data and effective measurement practices.
Drive capability building by sharing best practices and promoting data-informed decision-making across the organization.
4-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing effectiveness, media analytics, consumer insights or other analytical roles.
Strong understanding of marketing measurement methodologies, including MMM, incrementality testing, ROI measurement and media effectiveness.
Proven ability to translate complex data and analysis into clear business recommendations.
Experience working with large datasets, multiple data sources and performance metrics.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence non-technical audiences.
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and data storytelling capabilities.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with familiarity with marketing effectiveness and analytics tools.
Curious, proactive and eager to learn new methodologies, technologies and ways of working.
