What We Do

Suffolk is a national enterprise that invests, innovates, and builds. We are an end-to-end business that provides value throughout the entire project lifecycle by leveraging our core construction management services with vertical service lines that include real estate capital investment, design, self-perform construction services, technology start-up investment, and innovation research/development. We are investing heavily in the development of new technologies that will vastly improve the way tens of thousands of people do construction. This is a tremendous opportunity to get in early and set the direction for Suffolk’s in-house software product development capability. The initial focus will be on developing a new trade partner / field operations mobile application that streamlines daily trade partner activity and standardizes operations across all of Suffolk’s projects. A commercial version will also be developed for trade partners to use on their non-Suffolk projects.
