The RoleWe're hiring a Designer to join a fast-moving performance creative team testing and building new brands in the market, daily.
This isn't a traditional design role.
You'll design for brands we're testing daily, to decide if a brand's worth scaling into a $100M business. Fast.
You'll own the design and execution of paid ads, live and breathe ads all day, and bring a new brand to life practically every day.
This is a ground-floor seat on a startup with serious growth ambitions.

What you'll do- Design the ads to test your brands, end to end
- Translate creative strategy and messaging into ads that stop the scroll
- Build reference boards and stay sharp on what's working across the feed
- Work closely with Creative Strategists and Media Buyers to bring concepts to life
- At least 1 year designing for digital marketing across various channels, Meta-focused experience is a bonus
- Experience collaborating with Creative Strategists, Copywriters, in-house talent
- Strong visual instincts, you live on Instagram, know what's working right now, and can spot native from branded a mile away
- Some comfort writing copy, or at least a good ear for it
- AI-native: curious, experimental, not afraid of new tools. Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, Nano Banana and the rest feel like a natural part of how you work
- Moves fast and wants to build something big

- Fluent English- excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skills Required
- At least 1 year of experience designing for digital marketing across various channels
- Experience collaborating with Creative Strategists, Copywriters, and in-house talent
- Strong visual instincts and awareness of current Instagram and social media creative trends
- Some ability to write copy or a strong sense of effective copy
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools, including Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, and Nano Banana
- Meta-focused experience
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-moving environment
