Design and own the agentic data infrastructure: build high-availability pipelines (GCP/BigQuery/Postgres), semantic layer, RAG/ML backbone, crawlers/scrapers, and operationalize predictive models for AI agents.

Run and scale creator programs for multiple DTC brands: source, vet, onboard, and manage creators; build operational systems (CRMs, databases, automations); create SOPs; track/report performance (EMV, CPE, retention, affiliate revenue); and support gifting, affiliate, paid, ambassador, and community models.

Lead end-to-end conversion and funnel optimization for D2C brands. Drive CVR, subscription opt-ins, upsell/cross-sell, and balance CVR with LTV/CAC payback. Build repeatable experimentation systems, scale optimization across brands, translate learnings into AI-ready inputs, and partner with Engineering, Data, Creative, and performance teams to own CRO KPIs and report results to leadership.

Manage setup, configuration, and daily operations of DTC eCommerce stores: upload products, maintain catalogs and pricing, build automations, monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Engineering, Data, Performance, CRO, Creative, and Partnerships to scale stores.

Own and optimize support systems, processes, and workflows across multiple brands. Build automations, tagging, macros, and SLA-driven ticket handling. Analyze data and reporting to surface insights and recommendations. Lead AI automation strategy for support and enable external BPO teams to standardize processes.

Partner with Commercial and cross-functional teams to provide practical legal advice. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (SaaS, licensing, partnerships, services). Advise on privacy and data protection including DPAs. Develop contract templates, playbooks, and policies. Manage external counsel and monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments.

Lead end-to-end creative for a DTC brand scaling rapidly: ideate, script, and brief high-converting paid ads; analyze ad performance to iterate creative; stay on top of platform trends; and collaborate with editors, creators, and media buyers to execute campaigns.

Design and build the backend infrastructure for agentic AI systems: high-concurrency distributed services, RAG and vector search engines, crawling/scraping sensory pipelines, LLM integration, and establish backend architectural standards and best practices.

Lead selection and scaling of D2C consumer brands: perform due diligence, define brand narrative and GTM, design commercial models, run high-velocity launches, document tests and insights, and collaborate with R&D to improve agentic workflows.

Lead architecture and implementation of an agentic storefront platform: build a configurable React component library, orchestrate AI agents, and develop low-latency Go backend services to power real-time personalization, Shopify integrations, and scalable agentic data infrastructure. Define engineering standards and own end-to-end system design.

Manage day-to-day IT operations including endpoint security, patching, device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and support across macOS and Windows. Maintain networking, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and multimedia systems; implement automations and evaluate new technologies. Partner with Engineering, HR, and Operations to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable employee IT experience.

Own and optimize end-to-end lifecycle and CRM programs to increase LTV and reduce churn. Build segmentation, automation workflows, and retention infrastructure. Translate CRM insights into inputs for AI-driven retention systems, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to scale growth.

Design and build agentic workflows, integrate and fine-tune LLMs, implement RAG/vector search pipelines, define evaluation and testing frameworks, and collaborate with backend engineers to deploy low-latency, production-grade AI capabilities.
