Owns support knowledge bases, customer Help Centers, macros, internal communications, and rep training across multiple DTC brands. Audits support quality and content consistency, partners with Product, Marketing, and Operations on updates, and uses metrics such as CSAT, first-contact resolution, handle time, and escalation rates to prioritize improvements.

Own a portfolio of Amazon brand accounts across advertising, listings, launches, creative direction, operations, profitability, and client relationships. Optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns; analyze Amazon reports and funnel KPIs; improve listings, Brand Stores, promotions, and catalog performance; oversee inventory and FBA coordination; manage virtual assistants; and connect Amazon strategy to broader DTC marketing. The role requires hands-on Amazon expertise, data-driven decision-making, AI workflow development, and strong client communication.

Own end-to-end creative strategy for DTC brands, including researching markets, developing ad concepts, writing briefs and copy, analyzing ad performance, identifying new creative angles, and collaborating with designers, media buyers, and go-to-market teams. The role requires rapid experimentation across social platforms, direct-response expertise, strong writing, creative team direction, and effective use of AI tools.

Build and operate CI/CD, Kubernetes, GCP infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, data pipelines, observability, and AI-enabled operations. The role manages GitHub Actions, Bazel, Argo CD, GKE, Cloud Composer, BigQuery, monitoring, alerting, and production reliability while partnering with backend and data engineers.

Manage strategy and profitable growth across a portfolio of DTC brands. Analyze P&Ls, revenue, margins, CAC, retention, inventory, unit economics, and forecasts; identify commercial constraints; develop pricing, promotions, subscriptions, and growth plans; manage brand-owner partnerships; coordinate acquisition, creative, CRO, retention, merchandising, operations, and finance initiatives; conduct business reviews; and translate insights into platform and workflow improvements.

Lead end-to-end conversion and funnel optimization for D2C brands. Drive CVR, subscription opt-ins, upsell/cross-sell, and balance CVR with LTV/CAC payback. Build repeatable experimentation systems, scale optimization across brands, translate learnings into AI-ready inputs, and partner with Engineering, Data, Creative, and performance teams to own CRO KPIs and report results to leadership.

Lead end-to-end creative for a DTC brand scaling rapidly: ideate, script, and brief high-converting paid ads; analyze ad performance to iterate creative; stay on top of platform trends; and collaborate with editors, creators, and media buyers to execute campaigns.

Design and build the backend infrastructure for agentic AI systems: high-concurrency distributed services, RAG and vector search engines, crawling/scraping sensory pipelines, LLM integration, and establish backend architectural standards and best practices.

Lead selection and scaling of D2C consumer brands: perform due diligence, define brand narrative and GTM, design commercial models, run high-velocity launches, document tests and insights, and collaborate with R&D to improve agentic workflows.
