Job Purpose:

As a Marketing Demand Representative, you will engage with prospective customers through outbound calls to promote TD SYNNEX products and services. You will qualify leads, conduct account research, and gather valuable insights about potential customers. Your efforts will contribute directly to our sales pipeline by identifying key stakeholders, understanding technology needs, and routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales teams.


What You'll Do:

  • Perform outbound calls to prospective customers, resellers, and end-users to drive sales through direct and indirect marketing.

  • Communicate current promotions and rebate specials to entice purchases and gather valuable feedback for campaign reporting.

  • Qualify marketing leads and conduct research on target accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of customer technology needs and goals.

  • Achieve 100-120 calls per day, with 15-20 successful connections, to build a detailed database of telemarketing efforts and feedback. 

  • Provide customers with information about TD SYNNEX, our business partners, and reseller services.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, offering updates and acting as a point of contact for campaign insights.

  • Utilize applications to place quotes, enter orders, and track opportunities.

  • Prepare reports to track campaign results and provide valuable insights for future initiatives.


What We're Looking For:

Experience

  • +1 years of relevant work experience is required.

Required Education:

  • High School Graduate

Preferred Education:

  • Some College in Business, Marketing or equivalent.

Skills:

  • Proficient in English both written and verbal

  • Proficient in executing instructions and seeking clarification when needed.

  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and management levels.

  • Ability to understand, communicate, and collaborate with individuals from various backgrounds and identities.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to change and perform under pressure.

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in business activities.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with others.

  • Quick learner, adaptable to new systems and technology, with intermediate-level proficiency in relevant computer applications.
