Team Function:
- The Direct Analytics & Reporting team has a broad scope supporting the entire Direct Business Unit.
- We build reporting, analyze data, run tests, and measure results.
- Our stakeholders who we support include Brand Media, Performance Marketing, Farmers.com, FFQ online quoting, Direct sales, Customer Retention, and many others.
- We are a trusted partner among our stakeholder teams because we proactively surface insights to optimize the Farmers business.
Role Description:
- This role will lead the media measurement pillar of the Analytics & Reporting team.
- This person will be responsible for managing media measurement vendors, conducting incrementality tests, reporting on results to senior stakeholders, and analyzing campaigns.
- Experience using MMM to measure marketing performance is required.
- This role will have one direct report who will be supporting in measurement and testing for all Farmers campaigns.
