WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Customer Strategic Planning Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of marketing execution and strategic customer planning. You will support key initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making
- Support the implementation of brand plans and BTL events in collaboration with brand managers and external agencies.
- Coordinate with Customer Business Development (CBD) teams to ensure proper deployment of trade activities.
- Conduct online media research to support current and upcoming projects.
- Centralize feedback and insights from the sales team, including competitor tracking.
- Assist with inputting brand expenses into internal systems and monitor category budgets.
- Support product code creation and specification updates to ensure timely execution of planned activities.
- Manage invoices, supplier contracts, and agency cost estimates, including fee tracking and negotiations.
- Handle sample requests for internal and external use, including events and ad hoc needs.
- Coordinate internal activations and events.
- Support urgent payment requests, contract renewals, and new supplier agreements.
- Assist category leads in marketing and trade marketing with ad hoc requests.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- University studies in at least the 2nd or 3rd year of university in Marketing, Business Administration, management or related fields
- Understanding of marketing and trade marketing processes (is a plus)
Skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- English proficiency is required; knowledge of a local East European language is a plus.
- Familiarity with market data tools (e.g., Nielsen, GfK) is a plus but not mandatory..
