Buscamos un CRM Marketing Specialist analítico y creativo para gestionar y optimizar nuestras estrategias de retención y fidelización de clientes. Serás responsable de diseñar e implementar campañas segmentadas a través de canales directos (Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp) con el objetivo de maximizar el LTV (Lifetime Value) y reducir el Churn Rate.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Gestión del Ciclo de Vida: Diseñar y ejecutar flujos de automatización (workflows) para las distintas etapas del funnel (onboarding, retención, reactivación y lealtad).
  • Segmentación de Audiencias: Analizar la base de datos para crear clústeres de usuarios basados en comportamientos
  • Ejecución de Campañas: Configurar, lanzar y monitorear campañas de Email Marketing, SMS y notificaciones Push.
  • Optimización A/B Testing: Realizar pruebas constantes en asuntos, contenidos, CTAs y horarios de envío para mejorar las tasas de apertura y conversión.
  • Análisis de Datos y Reporting: Monitorear KPIs clave (OR, CTR, Conversion Rate, Unsubscribe Rate) y presentar informes mensuales con insights accionables.
  • Asegurar la calidad y limpieza de la base de datos, cumpliendo con las normativas de privacidad (GDPR/LPDP).

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2-3 años en roles de CRM, Marketing Automation o Email Marketing.
  • Dominio de plataformas CRM/ESP (ej. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo o ActiveCampaign).
  • Conocimientos básicos de HTML/CSS para la edición de plantillas de email.
  • Manejo intermedio de Excel/Google Sheets (tablas dinámicas y cruce de datos).
  • Habilidades Blandas:
  • Fuerte capacidad analítica (orientación a resultados).
  • Excelente redacción y ortografía (Copywriting orientado a conversión).
  • Atención al detalle y mentalidad de "probar y aprender".
