This job is fully onsite in Mt. Pleasant, MI

The Marketing Creative Services Specialist supports the Product Line by producing high-quality marketing material and documentation appropriate for its intended audience in multiple publication formats contributing to the overall product line’s success. This role collaborates with teams, engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to make our products easier to sell, train, install, operate, and service.  Takes product data, drawings, diagrams and instructions and produces documentation with clear intent and communication.  Supports marketing campaigns via various mediums – website, flyers, brochures, sales videos, graphics, etc. The Marketing Creative Services Specialist will use their creative and organizational abilities to ensure the brand is prepared for onsite and offsite marketing events to showcase the Delfield product line.

Major Accountability

  • Prepare and publish marketing, sales, and service documentation, including specification sheets, brochures, flyers, bulletins, instructions, how-to guides, and service materials.
  • Develop marketing, sales, and service support materials to enhance product understanding and customer experience.
  • Create operational guidelines, preventative maintenance cards, graphics packages, and other customer-facing support assets.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with website and portal content maintenance.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities 

•    Plan, organize, and support trade shows, conferences, and industry events, coordinating logistics, vendors, materials, and timelines to ensure successful execution and brand alignment.
•    Develop and support marketing campaigns and materials across multiple channels, including websites, digital platforms, sales tools, print collateral, graphics, and videos.
•    Coordinate on-site and remote product training by preparing materials and organizing event logistics for internal and external audiences.
•    Review and update marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current product data and updates.
•    Produce clear, concise technical writing and documentation tailored to intended audiences.
•    Partner with the Sales team to develop training materials for new and existing product offerings.
•    Identify industry trends and recommend innovative methods for delivering marketing and technical support.
•    Update, maintain, and publish electronic documents to company websites, portals, and third-party vendors.
•    Deliver high-quality work with strong attention to detail, meeting defined timelines and project requirements.
•    Actively participate as a team member, building product knowledge and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

Specialized Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

•    3–5 years of experience developing marketing, technical, or product documentation, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environment.
•    Demonstrated experience creating content across multiple formats and channels, including print, digital, web, and multimedia.
•    Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex product information into clear, audience-appropriate materials.
•    Working knowledge of branding principles and experience maintaining brand consistency across materials.
•    Ability to quickly grasp concepts/industry terminology and make them easily understandable in written and visual formats.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
•    Ability to quickly grasp tasks and be able to pivot when other tasks are assigned with a higher priority.
•    Excellent written skills in English.
•    Take and edit digital photos/videos required for marketing/instructional purposes. Ability to be receptive to creative and professional feedback and apply it accordingly.
•    Strong working knowledge of the graphics (Adobe Suite) and office programs and working within those files/programs

•    Able to lift 35 lbs., walk on the manufacturing floor, stand for extended periods of time, sit for extended periods of time, travel by air, or car.
