Job Description
We are looking for a partner with a strong interest and great skills to manage and develop the business relationship with our client Hydro-Québec in the field of telecommunications at CIMA+. This position involves the participation and management of the dedicated technical team, as well as contributing to its development on projects with Hydro-Québec in collaboration with other managers.
We also offer a flexible hybrid work mode allowing you to work from home and from one of our offices.
Primary Responsibilities
As part of your responsibilities, you will participate in the various engineering stages required to complete projects, while playing a key role in team development and client relations. You will also be responsible for drafting and monitoring service offers in collaboration with the team.
In addition to leadership and account manager tasks, you will also have the opportunity to participate in the following activities:
- Carry out site surveys, inspections, and draft or validate associated reports.
- Carry out technical calculations, diagrams, plans, and complete engineering specifications.
- Participate in the drafting or review of standards, technical guides, and planning documents for the implementation of best practices.
- Contribute to the orientations, development strategies, and governance of target telecommunications network architectures.
- Coordinate and participate in project management, including planning, document preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- More than 10 years of experience in related fields
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
- Several years of relevant experience in telecommunications, networking and building or electronic technology systems
- Engineering experience in carrying out projects with Hydro-Québec
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written
