We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Creative Producer to join our Marketing Creative team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between high-level creative strategy and execution, driving the production of high-impact marketing assets for our top-grossing mobile games.
You will play a pivotal role in translating marketing insights into concrete creative concepts. Working closely with the Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for authoring detailed briefs, gameplay mockups and partnering with Art & Animation Leads to ensure those ideas are transformed into world-class video creatives that deliver results at scale.
- 3+ years of experience in a Creative Producer or Marketing Strategy role within the mobile gaming or performance marketing industry.
- Proven experience writing detailed creative briefs for design and animation teams.
- Strong understanding of mobile marketing KPIs (CTR, IPM, ROAS, Retention) and the ability to interpret data to drive creative decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex creative ideas to both artistic and technical teams.
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.
- Fluent English (Written and Spoken) - Essential for brief writing.
