The Marketing Covenant Manager is responsible for the administration, governance, communication, and continuous improvement of the Stellantis Marketing Covenant. This role serves as the primary liaison between Stellantis, Stellantis Digital, Business Centers, dealerships, certified providers, compliance partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent adherence to Marketing Covenant requirements across dealer websites, digital advertising, pricing practices, data-sharing obligations, and related digital retail initiatives.
The Marketing Covenant Manager will oversee day-to-day compliance monitoring, audit administration, dealer communications, appeals management, reporting, and program enhancements while helping others understand and adopt Covenant standards. The position requires a combination of program management, dealer relations, digital marketing expertise, compliance oversight, strategic leadership, & OEM experience to support a transparent, customer-centric, and brand-aligned retail experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Management & Oversight
- Manage the day-to-day operation and evolution of the Stellantis Marketing Covenant.
- Develop and maintain program policies, guidelines, training materials, and dealer communications.
- Ensure alignment within the Marketing Covenant of the Certified Website Program, Certified Digital Advertising Program, Data Share Agreement requirements, Dealer Accelerate Program, Pricing Standards, and other Stellantis digital initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness, dealer adoption, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and implement future Covenant requirements.
- Oversee compliance monitoring for dealer websites, digital advertising, pricing standards, CRM requirements, and data-sharing obligations.
- Coordinate audits conducted by compliance partners, certified providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Review audit findings and ensure consistent application of Covenant policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance documentation, audit records, and program reporting.
- Track infraction trends and recommend corrective actions or policy updates as needed.
- Manage the Covenant infraction, strike, corrective action, and appeals processes.
- Review compliance findings and validate applicable enforcement actions.
- Facilitate dealer appeals and coordinate with internal review committees and business owners.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting related to compliance and program health.
- Analyze audit results, compliance trends, dealer participation, and program effectiveness.

- Communicate policy updates, enforcement changes, and program enhancements to dealers and internal teams.
- Promote understanding of how the Marketing Covenant supports dealer profitability, customer trust, brand protection, and long-term growth.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Automotive Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive marketing, dealer operations, digital retailing, compliance management, program administration, or related fields.
- Experience working with automotive OEMs, dealership networks, digital marketing providers, or co-op advertising programs preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of website platforms, paid media, CRM systems, customer data management, and digital retail technologies.
