Key responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, and execution of trade marketing strategies across multiple channels, with a focus on delivering operational excellence. Manage all aspects of promotional activities from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze trade marketing metrics, preparing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and providing insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store activations and promotional events, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and brand guidelines to drive customer engagement and sales.
Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to manage logistics, budgets, and performance reporting, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
Analyze trade marketing data (from CRM, Zoho, Jotforms, etc.) and customer insights to recommend actionable strategies and optimize performance. Conduct competitor research and benchmarking to inform trade marketing strategies.
Lead and manage pilot initiatives for new channels such as trade and brand marketing. Analyze pilot results and implement learnings to scale successful projects across Panama.Manage and optimize customer retention programs, including executing A/B testing for seasonal campaigns. Conduct follow-up research to drive improvements in campaign conversion.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify process improvement opportunities and align strategies across departments. Collaborate with directors, managers, and key account managers to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
Utilize various marketing automation tools and social media task scheduling platforms to streamline operations and enhance the impact of promotional campaigns.
Support monitoring and responding to customer inquiries on Google Profile, Instagram, and Facebook within the Panama markets, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Audiovisual Arts, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
+2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in trade marketing. Proven success in managing complex marketing operations and campaigns in fintech, consumer goods, retail, telecommunications, or startup environments.
Deep understanding of trade marketing strategies, with hands-on experience in managing data collection, analyzing insights, and executing promotional campaigns that enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
Strong proficiency in data analysis, with a deep understanding of marketing performance metrics. Experience working with BI teams to derive actionable insights from data and improve campaign results.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, social media management tools, and campaign optimization technologies. Experience with A/B testing, chatbots, and customer journey analytics is highly valued.
Experience in managing relationships with directors, managers, and key account managers to align marketing strategies and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
A creative mindset and innovative approach to proposing new solutions and optimizing marketing processes.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team to meet business objectives and drive results.
