Position: Marketing Coordinator
Department: Marketing Wellness Division
Work Location: Busigny Switzerland, Hybrid (work 3 days onsite)/ 100% Onsite/ Remote
Full time – 6 months Contract Maternity Cover

What you will be doing:
The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to offer day to day support and assistance to Brand Marketing and Retail Marketing teams in managing internal and external processes and relationships. This role will facilitate the Wellness brand experience& packaging, to bring our EMEA vision to life in key channels and ensuring on time, best in class delivery. They will be coordinating a variety of marketing projects while following with operational discipline & with attention to detail all the steps of the process.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
Retailer Assets Development
- Tailor generic assets to meet retailer specific guidelines as part of key brand campaigns working with internal creative teams (e.g. banners etc)
- Back up and support the Retail marketing team members on other offline/online retailer specific activations
- Ensure best in class & on brand delivery on & offline
- Partner with a variety of internal & external stakeholders
Product/packaging management:
- Support with packaging/labelling updates, packaging development & related processes (ERA, PIFs, Oracle, Agile)
- Execute products set up and related processes (code creation, PN, Pre-PIM, Agile, Oracle, Artwork releases)
- Collect required packaging/labelling changes and deadlines from different departments (e.g. regulatory, engineering,
- marketing)
- Coordinate all the requests, plan the sequence and timing of the updates in the most efficient way, to limit the number of
- update rounds
- Mark up packaging components with required changes and brief the creative department.
- Check the correctness of updated documents and approve them in the electronic system (ERA), follow up on potential issues
- & liaise with other functions.
- Support in updating product documentation (NPD file, line plans, sell sheets, DAM)
- Update product information in communication materials
- Prepare documents for translation and drive translation process with translation agency
- Ensure timely communication with supply teams/APO teams regarding product updates
- Submit the documents for licensor approval
- Update/create bill of materials (BOM), release finished artworks (Agile)
Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree with a marketing bias or at least 2 years demonstrating a similar skillset
- Project management skills/Operational discipline
- Good financial awareness/business analysis & Cross functional knowledge
- Strong MS office knowledge (ppt and xls especially)
- Experience of managing reports
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Any other European language is an asset
