WHAT YOU’LL DO

Demand Generation Support

  • Assist in planning and executing integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social, and web.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Support audience segmentation, list management, and campaign setup in marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate on the creation of marketing assets, including landing pages, nurture emails, social posts, and promotional collateral.

  • Support end-to-end execution of field marketing initiatives: webinars, conferences, trade shows, and partner events.
  • Manage event logistics—registrations, timelines, vendors, shipping, and internal communications.
  • Work with the Demand Gen Manager to ensure events contribute to pipeline goals and deliver a strong attendee experience.
  • Assist with pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up to drive ROI.

Website & SEO Support

  • Help maintain and update website content to support campaigns and events.
  • Assist with keyword research, on-page optimizations, and SEO best practices to increase visibility and drive conversions.

  • Exceptionally organized with strong project management skills; you excel at managing details, timelines, and dependencies.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot (email, workflows, segmentation, reporting) is a plus—not a requirement.

  • Basic design or creative asset editing skills are a plus.

  • Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and support performance reporting.

  • Creative, resourceful, curious, and comfortable experimenting with new tools and approaches.
