JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify opportunities and spaces to maximize communication for movie releases.

· Coordinate digital campaigns within theaters to optimize available spaces for promotional content.

· Create & Film content for social media (not limited to social media only)

· Travel to theaters for content creation.

· Collaborate with Advertising and Operations teams to distribute and track weekly POP movie materials to theaters as well as gather evidence and feedback.

· Manage administrative tasks such as requesting assets for in theatre placement.

· Manage affiliate program & Local outreach to support brand awareness.

· Provide support for special events and others, as well as administrative assistance and project follow-up within the department.

· Oversee the delivery of materials to the theatres, Keeping detailed Inventory Lists of all film related Marketing materials at each location

· Assist in compiling movie research, insights and post-buy reports.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

· 1-3 years experience with campaign coordination and managing both digital and physical marketing materials.

· Familiarity with content creation for digital platforms (web, social media, and email marketing).

· Experience in project management or coordination, particularly involving cross-functional teams.

· Experience in event coordination or support is a plus.

· Experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the entertainment, retail, or media industry is a plus.

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, tracking, and presentations.

· Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software like Mailchimp or similar).

· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign) or similar graphic design tools for content creation and asset requests.

· Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

· Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) for managing tasks, timelines, and collaboration is a plus.

· Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) for website updates and management is a plus.
