Marketing Coordinator Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely across the marketing team to manage a diverse range of small projects, and support senior team members on larger projects.
The successful candidate will be a strong project manager, highly detail-oriented, innately curious and will possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
This individual will be driven by a passion for exceptional work and will be expected to proactively manage a range of tasks with sound judgement and increasing independence.
This role will report to the Senior Director, Corporate Marketing and is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to be exposed to multiple marketing functions within a high-performing team and enjoys the challenge of managing the details of multiple concurrent projects.
The salary range for this position is between $55,000k - $68,000k, depending on level of experience.
This is a hybrid position requiring 1-2 days/week in-person at our Downtown Denver office.
Marketing Coordinator Primary Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Work with members of the Marketing leadership team to manage internal projects across marketing functions and facilitate the process of delivering great work.
- Manage and coordinate tasks outsourced to external vendors, such as printing vendors and agency partners.
- Effectively communicate campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines.
- Event Marketing:
- Manage and execute marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and events.
- Content Marketing:
- Maintain an inventory and directory of final thought leadership content, track and advise when refresh dates are reached.
- Marketing Communications:
- Maintain an inventory and directory of marketing assets, and associated IP rights
- Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Demandbase, Pardot and Salesforce to pull numbers and help assess campaign impact and trends.
- Help monitor tactic, channel and ad performance across platforms.
- Social Media Management:
- Plan and schedule posts.
- Monitor KPIs and make recommendations to optimize our social media presence.
- Competitive Analysis:
- Maintain our competitive intelligence library, complete basic analyses and presentation of observations, insights, and implications.
- Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data
- Collaboration:
- Provide exemplary service to internal customers. Build strong relationships across the marketing team.
Marketing Coordinator Required Qualifications & Skills
- BA or BS degree from an accredited four-year college/university
- 1-3 years marketing experience.
- Advertising agency and/or project management experience a strong plus.
- Relevant internship and leadership experience will be considered
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced professional office environment, to manage multiple, concurrent projects, make shifts in priorities, and hit deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics and/or Demandbase a strong plus
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to problem solve and think creatively
- Strong relationship builder with a demonstrated ability to manage through influence to ensure projects stay on track and are delivered on time.
- Comfortable managing up and working well with a range of personalities
- Ability to present self in professional manner in any situation
