Summary:
As a Marketing Coordinator at HighRadius, you are the heartbeat of lead generation for our suite of Autonomous Finance solutions. You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of marketing programs, large and small - including our annual conference, Radiance, virtual webinars, trade shows, speaking sessions, executive roundtables, industry groups, and more.
Our ideal candidate must have grit, be detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with making decisions on the go. This role requires up to 50% of travel based on the event portfolio you are assigned to.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Source prospective partners, programs, and events, and evaluate for fit with the overall marketing strategy. Work with marketing leadership to align with overall goals, plans, and budgets
- Drive the planning and execution of assigned events, including promotion, speaker identification, event activities, food & beverage, and more. You will create an entire plan from start to finish for each event that you own.
- Leverage digital and traditional marketing channels to identify target audiences, create messaging campaigns, and target engagement to create Sales Qualified Leads in each event.
- Create and monitor reports and budgets by comparing and analyzing results with plans and forecasts. Craft recommendations for future events based on results.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as vendors, customers, and colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Consulting, and other teams
What You Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of relevant experience (marketing, advertising, public relations)
- Knowledge of traditional marketing, digital marketing tools
- Experience promoting programs through various marketing channels (email, social, paid, etc.)
- Translate business goals to execution with a data-driven approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Impeccable organization skills with attention to detail
- Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Microsoft Excel), G-Suite (with emphasis on Google Sheets)
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
