The Role

Summary: 

As a Marketing Events Coordinator, you are the heart of lead generation and building brand awareness for our autonomous finance solutions. 

You will support the Marketing Manager in three main areas: 

  1. Managing and executing various field marketing channels, including virtual webinars, trade shows, speaking sessions, executive round tables, industry groups, and more.
  2. Work with cross-functional partners, including sales and other marketing departments to deliver your objectives.
  3. Identifying Active Buy prospects and having meaningful interactions with prospects coming from inbound channels

The ideal candidate will be hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to undertake a variety of marketing tasks surrounding all aspects of event planning & execution. The right person should be able to work diligently under pressure and have the ability to work with different departments and teams, as needed. This role requires up to 25-45% of travel.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Create your own marketing campaigns to generate sales pipeline through marketing activities such as internal and external conferences, trade-shows, webinars, speaking engagements, roundtables and more
  • Source prospective partners, programs, and events, and evaluate for fit with overall strategy
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders: From vendors, to customers, to colleagues
  • Monitor and create reports and budgets by comparing and analyzing results with plans and forecasts
  • Work with marketing leadership to align with overall goals, plans, and budgets

What You Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience (marketing, advertising, public relations)
  • Knowledge of traditional marketing and digital marketing tools
  • Experience promoting programs through various marketing channels (email, social, paid, etc.)
  • Translate business goals to execution with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Impeccable organization skills with attention for detail
  • Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Microsoft Excel), G-Suite (with emphasis on Google Sheets), and a CRM database
