About the role:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the efforts of the Global Marketing Director, North America and the broader marketing team at LRN. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional early in their career to develop core skills in demand generation, campaign execution, marketing operations, and content management.
As Marketing Coordinator, you will contribute to the execution of impactful marketing initiatives that drive client acquisition, retention, and growth. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to grow their expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for learning and a strong desire to grow in the marketing field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Hubspot, Google Analytics, SalesForce, social media management tools) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to travel for events, as needed.
- NYC-based with the ability to work in-person.
Role responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize demand generation campaigns across digital channels, ensuring alignment with global priorities and strategies.
- Develop proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Drift, Google Ads, and Influitive to support campaign execution, lead nurturing, and performance tracking.
- Assist in creating, curating, and publishing content across various channels and marketing tools, such as for the blogs, LRN’s social media, LinkedIn newsletters, and LRN's website.
- Maintain and organize content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
- Analyze campaign and channel performance using marketing tools, offering insights to improve strategies and reporting results to stakeholders.
- Coordinate the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, and content syndication, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Manage marketing calendars, organize assets, and facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams.
- Support the planning and execution of key marketing campaigns through support on industry events, conferences, and webinars by managing logistics, vendor agreements, expense tracking, and event-related communications.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as coordinating meetings, processing credit card reconciliations, and managing vendor agreements.
- Collaborate on special projects to support LRN’s global marketing objectives, including exploring new tools, tactics, and campaign innovations.
