We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist with content creation, social media management, promotional campaigns, market research, and administrative tasks to help drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing projects from initial request through completion, maintaining schedules, task lists, and status updates in the department's project management system.
  • Track deliverables and deadlines across active projects and follow up on outstanding items, keeping the Director of Marketing informed of delays, conflicts, or scope changes.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Lead the creation, planning, and coordination of in-house marketing events and entertainment.
  • Prepare event plans, run-of-show documents, checklists, and staffing requests.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, supplies, signage, entertainment bookings, setup, and breakdown.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact during assigned events, carrying out the event plan and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Prepare post-event recaps, including attendance, spend against budget, vendor performance, and recommendations for future events.
  • Develop and plan photoshoots, video shoots, and marketing events, including scheduling, shot lists, and talent and vendor logistics.
  • Research and select vendors, request quotes and proposals, and compare pricing and terms.
  • Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery terms with vendors, working within established budgets.
  • Coordinate vendor contracts and agreements through signature.
  • Place orders, track delivery, verify goods and services received against the order, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
  • Create, coordinate, and order printed marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, menus, table tents, signage, banners, and collateral.
  • Coordinate print production, including preparing print-ready files, obtaining quotes, reviewing proofs, and tracking delivery deadlines.
  • Proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy, pricing, dates, grammar, and brand consistency prior to printing.
  • Coordinate distribution, installation, and inventory of printed materials and signage throughout the property.
  • Design small graphics for promotions across advertising, print, menus, signage, digital screens, email marketing, and social media, consistent with brand standards.
  • Resize and adapt existing creative for additional placements, and perform basic photo editing and file preparation for print and digital use.
  • Monitor the brand's online presence across the company website, partner and third-party listing pages, review platforms, and social media profiles.
  • Update hours, pricing, attraction details, photos, promotions, and event listings on the company website and partner pages to keep published information accurate and current.
  • Review partner and third-party pages on a regular schedule and correct outdated or inaccurate content.
  • Assist in managing and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate and update the content calendar to ensure timely publication of marketing materials.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries as appropriate.
  • Monitor and respond to reviews and guest feedback, following up with leadership as needed.
  • Support email marketing efforts, including list management and campaign distribution.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Maintain marketing databases, customer lists, and digital asset libraries.
  • Organize files, update databases, and process invoices.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Operations, Food and Beverage, Sales, Group Events, and Guest Services, to gather details and coordinate the marketing support needed for their programs and promotions.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Marketing Manager and the Social Media Manager and collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field, preferred  
  • 1-2 years of Marketing experience, required  
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, or theme park industry a plus
  • Experience in Dropbox, Canva, Adobe, WordPress, Klayvio, a plus 
  • Experience in project management software (ClickUp, Microsoft Suites), a plus 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities  
  • Collaborative team player Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events or campaigns
