LifeStation is seeking an organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of a wide range of marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable moving between creative projects, marketing operations, research, events, and day-to-day project coordination. 

The Marketing Coordinator will help drive the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, keep projects organized and moving forward, maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing materials and data, and support campaigns, conferences, sales initiatives, and other marketing priorities. 

Requirements

  • Update, format, and maintain marketing collateral, sales materials, presentations, and other communications in accordance with brand guidelines. 
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations using established templates, ensuring materials are polished, accurate, and presentation-ready. 
  • Coordinate the production, ordering, organization, and distribution of printed materials, promotional items, and other marketing assets. 
  • Support conferences, meetings, and events, including materials preparation, ordering, assembly, shipping, logistics, and post-event follow-up. 
  • Maintain organized project files, marketing calendars, trackers, and deadlines to help ensure projects stay on schedule. 
  • Support HubSpot activities, including list management, data cleanup, contact and company enrichment, campaign execution, and basic reporting. 
  • Conduct competitive, industry, partner, event, and market research and summarize key findings for internal use. 
  • Assist with social media activities, including basic content development and graphics, while monitoring relevant industry conversations, accounts, and engagement. 
  • Assist with reporting and analysis by organizing marketing data and helping identify useful trends and insights. 
  • Use AI and other productivity tools to support research, content development, presentations, analysis, and other marketing activities. 
  • Provide additional creative, operational, and project support as marketing priorities evolve. 

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, communications, or a related role. 
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines. 
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Comfortable conducting online research and distilling information into clear, useful takeaways. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to create polished presentations, documents, and basic analyses. 
  • Experience with Canva or another design platform and an eye for creating clean, professional materials. 
  • Experience working with a CRM or marketing automation platform; HubSpot experience is preferred. 
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support research, content development, presentations, data analysis, and other day-to-day marketing activities. 
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, contact lists, and basic marketing reporting. 
  • Curious about new technology and able to quickly learn and apply new tools to improve productivity and quality. 
  • Comfortable balancing creative work with hands-on administrative and operational responsibilities. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.  

Schedule:

Monday- Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM

 Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. 

Skills Required
