We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of digital campaigns across multiple platforms that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility for MJH Life Sciences. You will work across email, social media, paid search, SEO, and display advertising — collaborating with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are on-strategy, consistently measured, and continuously improving. This role is for someone who is hands-on, analytically minded, and actively uses AI to move faster, generate stronger content, and surface insights that improve campaign performance.
What You'll Do

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid search, and display advertising, owning execution from setup through performance reporting
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content drafting, ad copy development, SEO optimization, competitive research, and campaign reporting — improving both the speed and quality of digital marketing output
  • Create, edit, and publish content across digital channels to support brand awareness and lead generation, ensuring messaging is consistent, compelling, and audience-appropriate
  • Manage social media accounts including scheduling, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance across platforms
  • Support SEM campaigns by monitoring performance and recommending improvements to keywords, ad copy, and targeting based on data
  • Optimize website content for SEO and collaborate with teams to improve search rankings and organic traffic
  • Maintain marketing automation campaigns including building emails, landing pages, and workflows that support lead generation and nurture programs
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media dashboards — translating data into clear, actionable insights
  • Conduct ongoing research on digital trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and keep campaigns competitive
  • Prepare reports and presentations that summarize campaign performance and surface recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, editorial, and sales teams to ensure digital campaigns are aligned with business goals

What Sets You Apart

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on campaign execution across email, social media, SEO, SEM, and display advertising
  • An AI-native mindset. You actively use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI-powered marketing platforms to draft copy, build campaign variations, analyze performance data, and accelerate content development — and you can speak to how they make your campaigns sharper and faster
  • Proficiency with digital tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices with the ability to apply data to continuously improve campaign targeting and performance
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency across all channels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

AI Capability Expectation
Candidates should be prepared to discuss how they are currently using AI in their digital marketing work. This includes:

  • Specific tools in active use and how they are applied to content creation, ad copy development, SEO research, campaign analysis, or performance reporting
  • Examples of how AI has improved the quality, consistency, or speed of digital campaigns — such as faster copy iterations, better keyword research, or more efficient reporting workflows
  • How you use AI to test and iterate on campaign content and messaging while maintaining brand standards and audience relevance
  • Bonus: examples of AI-driven campaign approaches or content workflows that improved engagement, lead generation, or campaign performance metrics

Compensation Range
$50,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. Compensation will depend on factors including educational background, skills, and professional experience.
