We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the global marketing team and support local marketing activities across Latin America.

Based in Bogotá, you will play an important role in turning local marketing strategies into effective campaigns and activities. You will work closely with local market teams and central marketing functions, including creative and paid marketing, to understand market needs, identify opportunities and deliver relevant marketing initiatives across the region.

This is an opportunity to combine your marketing experience and knowledge of Latin American audiences with the energy of an international team. You will coordinate projects across multiple teams, help develop campaigns from brief to execution, and contribute local insights that support the continued growth of Cultural Care Au Pair in Latin America.

What you’ll do

 

  • Build strong local market relationships 

  • Support marketing activities across Cultural Care Au Pair’s Latin American markets.

  • Work closely with local teams to understand their audiences, priorities and market needs.

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across the region and act as a link between the Latin American markets and the central marketing team in Zurich.

  • Coordinate local marketing projects from initial briefing through to execution.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and adapt content and marketing materials for local audiences.

  • Help coordinate marketing activities across channels including social media, email, digital content, events, print and local partnerships.

  • Support the rollout of central campaigns and initiatives across Latin America, ensuring they are relevant and appropriate for each market.

  • Coordinate feedback, reviews, translations and content adaptations with local teams and other stakeholders.

  • Track project timelines, deliverables and approvals across multiple initiatives.

  • Share local insights, market feedback and ideas with the wider marketing team.

  • Help assess marketing activities and identify opportunities to improve how we connect with audiences across the region.

  • Contribute to a collaborative and locally relevant approach to marketing across Latin America.

  • Previous experience as an au pair is a plus, but it is not required.

Requirements
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

  • At least three years of professional experience in marketing, communications or a related field.

  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns or projects across multiple channels.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • The ability to manage deadlines, coordinate stakeholders and follow projects through to completion.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.

  • Knowledge of, or experience working with, other Latin American markets is preferred

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, content, email marketing or paid media.

  • Confidence working with international teams and colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.

  • Experience with project management, content management or marketing platforms is an advantage.

  • Willingness and ability to travel within Latin America and internationally, as needed
