As part of our Australian Marketing team, you'll play a key role in enhancing and protecting the FTI Consulting brand, bringing our local success stories, thought leadership, and community initiatives to life. In this exciting Marketing Coordinator role, you'll support a range of cross-firm and corporate marketing initiatives and work closely with our Marketing Managers and Directors to support our client-facing staff across multiple disciplines.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support marketing and business development initiatives, from planning to execution.

  • Coordinate multiple projects and stakeholder relationships to ensure activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.

  • Assist with planning and delivering impactful in-person and virtual events.

  • Develop engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and tone of voice.

  • Monitor campaign performance, gathering data and assisting with reporting and insights.

Planning and Execution:

  • Conduct market, industry and competitor research to support business development and marketing activities.

  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, thought leadership, sponsorship and events.

  • Support national and cross-firm marketing initiatives as required.

  • Assist with the coordination of marketing projects, ensuring activities are delivered on time and in line with business objectives.

Content and Collateral Development and Management:

  • Assist in creating, editing and managing content for various marketing materials, including brochures, service sheets, newsletters, websites, videos, social media and email campaigns.

  • Maintain credentials database and marketing activities pipelines, including social media and campaign calendars.

  • Support website content updates, consultant biographies and thought leadership publications.

  • Support the development, formatting and production of client-facing and internal presentations, credential and proposal materials, ensuring alignment with FTI Consulting brand standards.

  • Support in drafting submissions for awards and directories.

Event and Sponsorship Management:

  • Participate in marketing events from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

  • Coordinate invitations, registrations, attendee communications and event logistics.

  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies and freelancers.

  • Provide on-the-day event support, including registrations and stakeholder management.

  • Assist with promotion and post-event follow-up to maximise engagement and return on investment.

  • Support the delivery of external sponsorship benefits.

Digital Marketing:

  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media (paid) campaigns, website and email marketing.

  • Assist with the management of Salesforce and other marketing technology platforms, including supporting email marketing campaigns and audience management.

  • Assist in tracking and reviewing performance metrics to help optimise campaigns and report on effectiveness.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Basic Qualifications

  • A marketing all-rounder with 1–2 years of experience, ideally in professional services (consulting, law, accounting, engineering, etc.) or an eager learner with a strong interest in the industry.

  • A good understanding of marketing principles, with excellent project management and analytical skills.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments.

  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint critical).

  • Professional and positive manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage, build relationships and communicate with others.

  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure.

  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe programs (Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat and Premiere Pro) and event management systems (such as Cvent, Splash or Eventbrite) is encouraged but not essential.

Compensation
Minimum Pay: $82,500.00
Maximum Pay: $126,500.00
Compensation Disclosure: The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role and is inclusive of Superannuation. Determination of actual salary is based on a combination of relevant factors such as market considerations, business needs, and an individual’s location, skills, level of experience and qualifications.
