This role provides a great foundation to the marketing function and genuine career progression.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including promotional, seasonal, and always-on activity.
  • Support campaign activity across CPC channels, including Google Ads search and shopping.

  • Monitor campaign performance and platform health daily, making day-to-day optimisations and escalating issues early.

  • Experience in a performance marketing or paid digital role.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads or other paid channels is a plus — deep expertise across every platform isn't required.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and reporting tools such as Looker and Google Analytics.
