Are you an organised, proactive marketer who enjoys bringing campaigns to life across multiple channels? We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator (Motoring) to join our Brand & Marketing team on a permanent full time basis.
You will support the delivery of integrated marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth across our Motoring, Finance & Home Services portfolio.
In this varied role, you'll work closely with marketing and business stakeholders to coordinate campaigns, manage marketing assets, support product launches and ensure a consistent customer experience across digital, print and in-branch channels.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinate the delivery of integrated above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns across digital, print and owned channels.
- Create, coordinate and maintain marketing communications, including website content, social media, eDMs, internal communications, direct marketing and promotional collateral.
- Support the development and launch of new products and services in collaboration with marketing and business stakeholders.
- Manage marketing collateral production, inventory and distribution across multiple customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate planogram updates and in-branch marketing materials across Auto Services Centres, Member Service Centres and other sales channels.
- Maintain accurate website content, pricing and product information across customer-facing platforms.
- Coordinate legal, compliance, brand and product approval processes for marketing communications.
- Monitor online review platforms and support reputation management initiatives.
- Coordinate SMS and direct messaging campaigns, including service reminders, renewals and customer notifications.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and production partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
- Coordinate photoshoots, promotional campaigns and incentive programs as required.
- Conduct quarterly site visits to Auto Services Centres to support marketing execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Measure campaign effectiveness through reporting and post-campaign analysis, providing insights to optimise future activity.
- Support marketing budget management, including purchase orders, invoice processing and expense reconciliation.
- Assist with business planning through market research, competitor analysis and administrative support.
What are we looking for in you?
- Relevant experience in a Marketing role in a busy fast-paced environment.
- End-to-end campaign management experience.
- Understanding of marketing theory and strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and campaign success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline is desirable.
