Rothman Orthopaedics is looking to hire a full time Marketing Coordinator based in our Center City Philadelphia office! This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days of work onsite each week.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator’s main responsibilities will center around assisting in the activation of events and partnerships, patient engagement opportunities, and internal communications.
Essential Duties:
- Assist with securing community partnerships, local events and coordinating activation efforts from planning through execution
- Manage the communications for all physician awards, including the nomination and voting processes, as well as the recognition of the honorees.
- Contribute to the project management of patient testimonial videos, including administrative work, scheduling, and communications with physicians, patients, marketing, and our video agency.
- Assist with distribution of marketing collateral to all Rothman offices, events, and partners.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of internal broadcast memo communications related to marketing initiatives.
- Assist with RO internal events
- Assist with keeping content updated on the Upshow platform
- Assist with physician listings on hospital websites
- Support the marketing department on an as needed basis on projects involving patient engagement platforms, digital advertising, social media, CRM maintenance, and website content.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates degree required, bachelors degree preferred
- 2-4 years of marketing experience preferred
- Comfortable using SmartSheets, strong written skills, strong knowledge of orthopedics (preferred) & Microsoft Office Suite
