We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Intrada Technologies. This role focuses on managing marketing campaigns and fostering strong client relationships. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that align with both our corporate goals and the needs of our clients. This position bridges the gap between traditional marketing methods and fast-paced digital tactics, making you a key player in driving growth and engagement.

You are comfortable experimenting with new platforms, leveraging social media, and maximizing the impact of SEO and SEM techniques. Whether managing campaigns for Intrada or supporting client initiatives, you are driven by results and focused on measurable success.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns for both corporate and client needs, aligned with business objectives.
  •  Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities to optimize results.
  • Develop creative content and messaging that resonates with target audiences and boosts brand visibility.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through campaign strategies and providing regular updates on progress.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and tailor marketing approaches to meet their unique needs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by delivering high-value solutions and maintaining open communication.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Drive social media engagement and growth through content creation, community management, and paid advertising across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Stay informed about emerging platforms and refine strategies to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
  • Oversee video production, from ideation and scripting to editing and distribution, aligned with campaign goals.

Content & Traditional Marketing

  • Create marketing collateral that aligns with brand identity and broader business objectives.
  • Manage traditional marketing activities such as print materials, event promotions, and direct mail campaigns to complement digital efforts.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to bring marketing initiatives to life.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in marketing, with a strong background in managing client relationships and digital campaigns.
  • Communication: Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategies to clients and internal teams.
  • Digital Expertise: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), and email marketing tools.
  • Campaign Management: Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple campaigns and client priorities effectively.
  • Video Skills: Experience in video production and editing, with a track record of creating impactful video content.
  • Strategic Focus: Ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
  • Location: This position requires in-person attendance at our Muncy location. 100% remote work will not be considered for this role.

Skills Required
