Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously optimizing campaigns that deepen customer relationships and drive measurable business outcomes across PayJoy's markets. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and creativity, translating customer insights into targeted, multi-channel communications that move people from activation to long-term retention. By combining analytical rigor with design sensibility, this role will produce campaigns that are both performance-driven and on-brand, generating clear, stakeholder-ready reports that connect campaign activity to revenue impact.
Key responsibilities
Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.
Manage end-to-end journeys from audience segmentation and setup to deployment and post-send analysis.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions, revenue attribution) and surface actionable recommendations.
Create clear, stakeholder-ready reports that communicate results and inform future campaign strategy.
Design campaign assets using Canva, Figma, or equivalent tools working within PayJoy brand guidelines. Run A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, creative, timing, and segmentation to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or email marketing. Proficiency with at least one marketing automation platform (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
Strong analytical skills, comfortable reading dashboards, interpreting metrics, and drawing clear conclusions from data.
Experience building reports and presenting campaign results to crossfunctional stakeholders.
Moderate design skills: able to create and adapt campaign templates and assets independently (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar).
Excellent written communication in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong plus given our markets.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, highgrowth environment. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
