If your answer is yes, then this is the opportunity for you! Butler Snow LLP is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Ridgeland, MS office. This is an on-site position.

The Marketing Coordinator will work in a team environment to support the firm’s digital marketing, content, social media, reporting and client relationship management initiatives. This position will help maintain accurate, timely and brand-consistent content across digital channels; coordinate social media publishing and monitoring; compile marketing performance data; and provide administrative and project support for marketing and business development efforts across the firm’s footprint.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate updates to the firm’s website and other digital platforms, including attorney biographies, practice and industry pages, news, events, publications and other marketing content.
  • Create, format, edit, proofread and publish digital content in the firm’s content management systems, following brand, editorial and quality standards.
  • Support the development and day-to-day management of the firm’s social media content calendar, including drafting posts, coordinating approvals, scheduling content, and maintaining supporting assets.
  • Monitor the firm’s social media channels and assist with engagement, issue escalation and the identification of opportunities to promote attorneys, practices, industries and firm initiatives.
  • Gather, organize and compile recurring marketing performance data from websites, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, media monitoring, and other platforms.
  • Assist in preparing clear, accurate reports, dashboards and presentations that summarize marketing activity, performance metrics, and trends for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide support for the firm’s client relationship management platform, including data entry, list maintenance, data-quality review, contact updates, campaign support, and basic reporting.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and digital publications, including list coordination, content formatting, testing, distribution and performance reporting.
  • Maintain organized digital content files, editorial calendars, project trackers, templates, and other shared marketing resources.
  • Help prepare PowerPoint presentations and other branded materials for the marketing team and attorneys.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of firm publications, client alerts, newsletters, videos, and other marketing materials across digital channels.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, marketing and business development team members, and other internal stakeholders to obtain information, route materials for review and keep projects moving forward.
  • Provide limited support for webinars, sponsorships and events when needed, particularly with digital promotion, registration communications, content publication and post-activity reporting.
  • Assist the team with special marketing and business development projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt content for websites, social media, email, and other channels.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, consistency, and brand standards.
  • Ability to organize and interpret marketing data, identify basic trends, and present information clearly in reports and presentations.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint), website and content management systems, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems and analytics/reporting tools preferred.
  • Provides excellent client service to attorneys, colleagues, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage concurrent assignments, recurring deadlines, and changing priorities efficiently.
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate files, calendars, lists, and project documentation.
  • Professional, collaborative and responsive, with pride in the quality and timeliness of work product.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years in related experience in marketing, communications, digital content and social media
  • Experience in professional services enviornment is preferred.
