We are looking for an organised, detail-driven Marketing Coordinator with current or previous marketing experience within a fashion retail environment is essential, to help bring Miladys campaigns, promotions, store openings and everyday marketing activity to life.
You will keep projects moving across internal teams and external partners, making sure briefs are clear, processes are followed, and every campaign element is delivered accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, builds strong working relationships and takes pride in exceptional execution. You will support the wider Marketing team while taking ownership of your own projects that contribute to our business objectives.
ResponsibilitiesTake end-to-end ownership of marketing competitions, from preparing clear briefs for the Graphic Designer and Online team to coordinating Brand Manager approval and Legal sign-off of terms and conditions. Ensure all information is accurate and live on the website before launch.
Coordinate accurate product prices and descriptions with the Merchandise team, protecting print deadlines and campaign accuracy.
Coordinate marketing activity for new store openings, relocations and closures. Work with internal and external stakeholders, including Mr Price Money, to support in-store credit requirements.
Project-manage store-opening activations across SMS, flyers, posters, social media and other channels, ensuring all creative work aligns with Miladys brand guidelines and messaging.
Liaise with event partners on activations for new store openings and seasonal launches.
Support campaign scheduling and copy coordination, ensuring content is submitted to the Brand Manager for sign-off.
Maintain the SMS tracker, including database volumes, to support accurate cost estimates for each send.
Attend trade meetings, capture clear minutes and action points, share updates with the Marketing team, and brief relevant stakeholders when required.
Coordinate influencer sourcing letters, including writing, distributing and tracking communication.
Support the Digital Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team as required.
Use your creative eye and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to create or edit marketing and promotional content when needed.
A Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail marketing environment, preferably within a fashion retail brand.
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns from brief through to execution.
A sound understanding of retail marketing, campaign execution and core marketing principles.
Experience coordinating print, digital, social media, SMS and in-store marketing activity.
Strong project coordination, administration and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Confident written and verbal communication skills, together with strong stakeholder and supplier relationship-building ability.
The ability to work independently, solve execution challenges proactively and collaborate effectively across teams.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, with a good creative eye.
A valid driver's licence and access to your own reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel locally to different stores when required for store openings, activations, events and other marketing initiatives.
