Position Purpose
Glacier Hills, a member of Trinity Health Senior Communities, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This position supports the day-to-day marketing functions and sales operations for our senior living community, playing a vital role in promoting our brand and ensuring a smooth experience for prospective residents.
What You Will Do
Support marketing and sales through campaign coordination, lead database management, and event planning
Manage the move-in process across departments including scheduling, renovations, and resident communications
Maintain inventory and ordering of promotional materials while ensuring brand consistency across platforms
Collaborate with the central marketing team to develop and implement digital strategies—email newsletters, social media posts, blogs, and website updates
Create and edit internal and external marketing materials, including digital and print collateral
Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and ensure timely communication with residents and stakeholders
Assist with planning and executing community and marketing events
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or digital media support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with social media tools and basic web design preferred
Strong writing, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
