For over 80 years, John Brooks Company has been solving fluid handling challenges for customers in various industries/markets across Canada by providing a diverse selection of engineered products and innovative system designs, focusing on customized solutions consisting of filtration, pump, spray, and valve products.


THE ROLE

The supports the development and execution of John Brooks' marketing campaigns. Working closely with the marketing department, sales, and product managers, this role creates, executes, and optimizes campaigns using HubSpot and analyzes performance metrics across all channels to ensure maximum ROI. This is key in enhancing John Brooks' digital presence and contributing to our overall marketing strategy.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Development & Execution:

• Execute marketing campaigns using HubSpot’s tools, including email marketing, lead-nurturing workflows, landing pages, and forms.

• Maintain and update data accuracy and hygiene between HubSpot and the CRM.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign goals, target audiences, and KPIs.

• Maintain the campaign calendar in Asana, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy.

• Regularly audit HubSpot and implement best practices for efficiency and data tracking.

Content & Graphic Creation:

• Create and modify e-mail templates to keep up with the latest trends and best practices.

• Craft copy and curate graphics for campaigns and workflows; optimize content for SEO to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to landing pages.

• Edit website images and product pages as needed.

Lead Nurturing and Conversion:

• Design and implement lead-nurturing workflows using HubSpot marketing automation tools to guide prospects through the buyer's journey.

• Develop personalized email campaigns and drip marketing strategies to engage and convert leads.

SEO and SEM Optimization:

• Implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.

• Assist with Google Ads for optimized for maximum effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor campaign performance through HubSpot dashboards and analytics, tracking open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and lead generation.

• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track KPIs and generate insights.

A/B Testing and Optimization:

• Conduct A/B tests on landing pages and email campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.

• Continuously refine inbound campaigns based on test results and performance data.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in inbound marketing and lead generation.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven experience with HubSpot (certifications a plus).

• Excellent knowledge of HubSpot's email automation, lead scoring, reporting, and CRM tools.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

• Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and other marketing tools.

• Expertise with AI tools to support marketing.

• Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and other marketing tools.

• Knowledge of WordPress.

• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

• Fast-paced environment in a dynamic competitive industry

• Daily customer and inter-departmental/branch communication via telephone calls, faxes, emails, and virtual meetings

• Exposure to deadlines, multiple demands and priorities, multi-tasking, and interruptions
