About the role

We are looking for an experienced Content Strategist to lead our content initiatives in an AI-driven landscape. This senior leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can harness the power of artificial intelligence to change how we create, optimize, and distribute content across all channels.

You'll own our website content strategy—the backbone of all marketing initiatives—while leading and managing a team that will report directly to you. You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of your team members – from task allocation to quality oversight and performance management while driving strategic initiatives.

As a key stakeholder, you'll collaborate with team members across marketing, design, web development, and SEO to pioneer AI-powered content approaches and optimize for next-generation search (AEO/GEO).

This is an opportunity to lead both people and strategy at the intersection of content and technology.

Key responsibilities

Strategic leadership

Develop and execute website content strategy that aligns with campaigns and social media

Integrate modern tools and AI capabilities into content creation workflows to improve efficiency and quality

Create content standards and processes that balance creative excellence with operational scalability (AI efficiency)

Lead content personalization initiatives and audience-specific content development

Content creation and optimization

Create high-quality content that resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand voice and consistency

Use AI tools strategically to enhance content ideation, drafting, and optimization processes

Work with the SEO team to Implement advanced SEO strategies including semantic search optimization, content clustering, and optimization for emerging search paradigms

Develop content strategies for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to ensure discoverability across AI-powered search platforms

Create content that performs well in traditional search engines as well as AI assistants, chatbots, and generative search experiences

Develop scalable content frameworks and templates for consistent quality across channels

Technology and tools

Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI content creation tools and platforms

Drive team members on AI tool usage and best practices

Stay current with emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on content strategy

Develop AI prompt engineering expertise to maximize tool performance

Performance and analytics

Establish content performance metrics and KPIs

Derive insights and optimize content performance

Implement A/B testing frameworks (for example: AI-generated vs. human-created content)

Team collaboration

Collaborate with global marketing teams to align content initiatives

Work with demand gen/ campaign team to ensure content strategies align with broader marketing automation and lead generation initiatives

Partner with SEO teams to maximize organic visibility and conversion

Required experience and background

12+ years of content strategy with proven team leadership experience

Hands on experience with AI content tools (GPT models, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) and familiarity with prompt engineering and AI model optimization

Proven experience in scaling content operations and driving measurable business results

Experience managing content across multiple channels including websites, blogs, email, social media, and paid campaigns

Strong understanding of SEO best practices and AI-powered SEO tools

Experience with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in working with agencies/ vendors

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
