About the Role

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for writing and a strong interest in marketing? We are looking for a Marketing Content Specialist with a primary focus on copywriting and campaign support to join our Ocean Division.

You will also support the Portfolio Unit President with various  administrative and coordination support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing events, and preparing materials for leadership and board activities. You should expect that approximately 20% of your time to be allocated to this.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow within marketing, working closely with different Portfolio Units (PUs) and supporting both content creation and campaign execution, while gaining exposure while working closely with PU Management.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Create engaging and high-quality written marketing content and copy across external channels (web, campaigns, social media, newsletters and presentations)
  • Create internal content (SharePoint)
  • Adapt tone of voice to fit different audiences, products, and markets.
  • Support the development of clear, compelling messaging for Portfolio Units (PUs)
  • Maintain and update content calendars to ensure alignment across communication activities,

Campaign Support

  • Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns for Portfolio Units
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across divisions to deliver consistent and effective campaigns
  • Assist with campaign materials, content assets, coordination and campaign tracking.

Marketing Support to PUs

  • Act as a marketing support function to assigned Portfolio Units (PUs)
  • Help translate technical or product-focused content into engaging marketing communication
  • Ensure alignment with overall brand and communication guidelines

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Support day-to-day marketing operations, including content updates, coordination, and documentation
  • Assist in managing marketing materials, templates and handling internal systems
  • Assist Portfolio Unit President with various administrative and coordination support

Who You Are

  • Early in your career with a degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar
  • Strong writing skills with a passion for copywriting and storytelling
  • Able to translate technical and product-focused information into customer-focused B2B communication
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and eager to learn
  • A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally
  • Comfortable handling a mix of creative and administrative tasks
  • Interest in technical or industrial products is a plus
