Job Title: Senior Campaign Manager

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Content Operations Manager/Senior Campaign Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of marketing content, ensuring seamless execution across blogs, social media, design, copywriting, and production. Your primary focus will be managing and coordinating the content creation process from start to finish, maintaining a bird's-eye view of all projects. You’ll act as the central hub for passing content between team members and stakeholders, ensuring each step is completed on time and meets quality standards. While you will contribute to ideation and creation, your main responsibility will be tracking all details through production, ensuring alignment with brand goals and delivering polished, impactful content. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life through collaboration and efficient process management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Production:
    • Manage end-to-end content production, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, video scripts, and more.
    • Oversee the creation of visual assets, collaborating with designers and external vendors as needed.
    • Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.
  2. Project Management:
    • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of assets across all channels.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to streamline the content production process.
  3. Quality Control:
    • Review and refine content to meet high-quality standards, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
    • Ensure that all details are tracked and executed properly by designers, copywriters, and other contributors throughout the content creation to production process.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in content production, marketing, or a related field; agency experience preferred.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, copywriters, and other creatives to bring concepts to life.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and email.
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, 
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to think strategically.
