We collaborate with companies in some of the most innovative industries, including automotive, industrial/heavy equipment, aerospace and defense, and high-tech electronics.

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support and strengthen Aras’ brand through engaging social media campaigns and high-quality content development. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that requires a passion for communication, an eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications and will be instrumental in amplifying our voice across channels – from social to blog to web.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and post engaging social content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director by contributing ideas and input for visuals that enhance social content.
  • Support employee advocacy by providing content and guidance – leveraging DSMN8 to promote internal engagement and external sharing.
  • Monitor conversations, respond to engagement, and foster community growth.
  • Track and evaluate key social media to inform content decisions and continuously improve engagement and reach.
  • Draft and edit blog posts and other marketing communications that support the Aras brand and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop clear, engaging content aligned with key messages and strategic priorities.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and style across all content formats.
  • Edit and refine materials for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and brand alignment.
  • Provide copy support for a range of communications as needed.
  • Monitor industry trends and news to identify opportunities for thought leadership, content relevance, and market differentiation.
  • Identify and recommend innovative content and engagement strategies to enhance reach, relevance, and brand impact.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media (B2B experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven experience managing social media channels and content calendars.
  • Solid understanding of social and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn analytics, Sprout Social, DSMN8).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating across departments and seniority levels.
  • A self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset.
  • Global communications experience and cross-cultural awareness are a plus.

We were recognized as a leader in The Forrester Wave™: Product Lifecycle Management for Discrete Manufacturers, Q3 2025. Feedback from our community has established Aras as a top ranked PLM vendor in online review services like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights.
