JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and self-motivated Marketing Communications & Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong "can-do" attitude to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support lead generation across multiple digital and traditional channels.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern digital marketing platforms and tools, including website content management, SEO, social media engagement, email marketing, webinars, video marketing, and marketing analytics. Experience working in a B2B industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Communications & Brand Management

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies aligned with company goals and growth objectives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels, digital platforms, and customer touchpoints.
  • Support product launches, strategic initiatives, and corporate communications that strengthen brand awareness and market presence.

Content Creation & Campaign Management

  • Create, manage, and optimize content across digital and print channels, including website content, blogs, social media (primarily LinkedIn), email campaigns, brochures, case studies, advertisements, direct mail, newsletters, presentations, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Develop compelling technical and commercial content that effectively communicates product benefits, applications, and customer value propositions.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, webinars, and lead generation activities while supporting sales enablement and product training efforts.

Digital Marketing & Web Presence

  • Manage and continuously improve the company website, including content updates, landing pages, SEO optimization, and user experience.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across digital channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube, email marketing, webinars, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor digital trends and recommend new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve marketing effectiveness.

Public Relations & Industry Visibility

  • Build and maintain relationships with industry publications, media outlets, and marketing partners.
  • Coordinate product announcements, press releases, editorial submissions, advertising programs, and media placements.

Analytics, Lead Management & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze website, campaigns, social media, webinar, and lead generation performance using Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other reporting tools.
  • Maintain and optimize lead generation databases, support lead nurturing efforts, and partner with sales to maximize lead conversion and business impact.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations to evaluate campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, marketing investments, and ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, product management, customer service, and sales teams to develop content, training materials, and marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Support trade shows, customer events, distributor meetings, webinars, and industry conferences.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the marketing communications budget and recommend spending priorities to maximize business impact.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or content marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with the ability to develop customer-focused messaging.
  • Experience managing digital marketing platforms, including websites, Drupal CMS, social media, email marketing (Mailchimp), blogs, webinars, and video content.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Salesforce, HTML/web development, and lead generation best practices.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, Canva, or similar content creation tools.
  • Experience coordinating media placements, trade shows, webinars, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and engineering teams.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000
