As the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Accor's brand presence across South Asia by delivering integrated marketing and communications strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand equity.
You will work closely with regional and global marketing teams, hotel stakeholders, and external partners to ensure consistent brand execution, develop impactful campaigns, and support marketing excellence across operating and pre-opening hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of Accor's brand and marketing strategies across the South Asia portfolio.
- Ensure consistent application of global brand standards and oversee brand validation for pre-opening hotels.
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, social media, and offline channels.
- Collaborate with creative, media, PR, and production agencies to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar in partnership with Digital, Loyalty, Sales, Revenue Management, and hotel teams.
- Conduct consumer, market, and competitor research to identify trends and support data-driven marketing decisions.
- Organize marketing reviews, capability-building programs, and training sessions for hotel marketing teams.
- Manage marketing budgets, purchase orders, vendor relationships, and invoice processes while ensuring financial compliance.
- Support strategic partnerships, special marketing projects, and innovative initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and business performance.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing and communications activities.
This role requires a proactive, creative, and commercially minded marketing professional with excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
- Proven experience in brand management, integrated marketing campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, PR, and content marketing.
- Experience working with creative, media, and external agency partners.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and campaign performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with marketing and analytics tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
