We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to lead marketing communications for our APAC region (Korea, Australia, and Southeast Asia). Building on the brand guidelines and global content assets established by our global headquarters, this role is responsible for localizing and adapting them to the language, culture, and market characteristics of each region, as well as planning and executing local campaigns.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute content campaigns tailored to the characteristics and needs of each market - Korea, Australia, and Southeast Asia
Align campaign messaging and channel strategy with regional priorities and business goals
Partner with local BD teams to ensure campaigns are connected to real sales activities
Plan and produce content suited to a B2B environment, designing content around the customer journey and purchase decision-making process
Identify content topics that resonate in each local market (partner success stories, industry issues, etc.)
Plan and write local content for blogs, newsletters, sales collateral, and other channels
Write localized copy within the scope of the brand guidelines established by global HQ (tone of voice, visual identity, etc.)
Translate and localize global content provided by HQ (product brochures, website/blog content, press releases, etc.) into Korean (and other regional languages as needed)
Synchronize the global content calendar with local distribution schedules and coordinate regional distribution priorities
Manage content calendars and publishing for each region
Monitor content performance data by region and share insights for continuous improvement
Communicate with media outlets and PR agencies across the APAC region
Collect and organize press clippings; track and report on media coverage
Localize global press releases to fit the language and market context of each region
Plan APAC-specific featured articles and manage media placement (including event highlights, interviews, etc.)
Brief and manage local PR agencies, and review deliverables and evaluate performance

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree or higher from a 4-year university (Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)
3–5 years of experience in marketing communications or content marketing (experience in B2B, tech industry, or global organizations preferred)
Excellent Korean writing and copywriting skills
Business-level English proficiency (sufficient for smooth communication with global teams and overseas vendors, and for content translation/localization)
Ability to translate and adapt global content to fit local nuance (localization mindset, not literal translation)
Ability to manage multiple regions and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Flexibility to work creatively within established brand guidelines
Willingness and ability to travel freely within the APAC region and to HQ as needed
Data-driven mindset for analyzing and improving content performance

Experience working at a global company (multinational organization with an HQ–regional office structure)
Experience in marketing/PR roles at a B2B tech or solutions company
