We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Lead to shape and elevate Skild AI’s brand presence across digital, social, and media channels. This role is ideal for a strategic storyteller who’s passionate about translating cutting-edge technology—particularly robotics and AI—into compelling narratives that inspire and engage. You’ll lead initiatives that define our voice, amplify our impact, and drive awareness across multiple audiences, from partners to the broader AI community, helping shape how the world perceives our brand.
Responsibilities- Identify, recruit, and collaborate with top-tier creative talent (designers, filmmakers, photographers, and storytellers) to craft a bold, bar-raising brand presence.
- Define and execute our marketing and communications strategy to build brand awareness and community engagement.
- Manage and coordinate external creative vendors, agencies, and freelancers to deliver innovative, high-quality content and campaigns.
- Develop compelling social media content, press materials, and thought-leadership stories that position us as a category leader.
- Work closely with leadership to shape messaging for product launches, announcements, and milestone events.
- Monitor industry trends, identify relevant moments, and jump on opportunities to insert our voice into the conversation.
- Manage media relationships and help secure high-impact coverage to build Skild mindshare.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications (tech or startup experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies (Inbound & Outbound).
- Proven ability to enlist, manage multiple top-tier creative vendors and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where you help set the playbook.
- Bonus: Experience in AI, robotics, or emerging technology sectors.
