The work
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Intern to join Accenture Song – the world’s largest tech-powered creative group,
You will manage and coordinate internal and external corporate marketing & communications initiatives to elevate our presence in the Dutch market. Your contribution will highlight the value of the work we deliver for our clients and the expert capabilities within our five practices: Marketing, Commerce, Design & Digital Product Creation, Data and AI, and Sales & Service.
Tasks & Responsibilities
You can expect to do the following in this role:
- Plan and produce marketing and communications materials for social media and internal communications channels.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing and communications plan for Accenture Song for the Dutch market
- Coordinate with internal teams, practice leads and senior stakeholders to capture communications needs, priorities and ensure timely delivery of communications assets and activities.
- Support content development and editorial processes for social media, email, presentations, and internal communications.
- Amplify Accenture Song’s presence at local and international industry events.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance engagement and reach.
- Monitor media coverage, digital performance metrics, and campaign KPIs to track effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and reports to support campaign management and cross-team alignment.
- Ensure all communications align with Accenture’s global messaging and tone of voice.
Song Talent Factory (STF)
As part of your internship, you will also take part in Song Talent Factory. This program will be leading you through your path at Accenture Song and will provide additional engagements, activities and projects to enhance your intern experience. Being part of the Song Talent Factory, you will:
Get professional guidance on finding the next step in your career;
Be part of one Song program where you are required to collaborate with other interns at Accenture Song from our different offerings (Commerce, Design & Digital Product Creation, Marketing and Consumer Services);
Work on a large internship long consulting project together with your STF group. This will allow you to not just get a glimpse of one of the four capabilities, but you will really get to see everything Accenture Song has to offer;
Be part of the Accenture Song community through companywide and intern specific engagement events
Enjoy the wide variety of training opportunities;
From building an app for coffee catch-ups to dinners after work, the Song Talent Factory will make your experience at Accenture Song even more enjoyable!

We expect the following qualifications and qualities from a thesis intern:
- Be enrolled at a Bachelor (HBO or WO) or Master's program in a Dutch university;
- Affinity with marketing and communications, and a strong interest in topics including AI, data-driven marketing, and digital business transformations;
- A Pro-active and self-starter attitude;
- Entrepreneurial and creative mindset;
- Independent working attitude;
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
