At Smart Services Network, Subsidiary of Orange Belgium we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist. You will be in charge of the development and implementation of the Marketing & Communication plan as well as to the operational management and coordination of all Marketing and communications and Trade Marketing for our company.ResponsibilitiesCommunication/Marketing

  • In charge of the brand image of Smart SN and ensure it is respected trough all projects. 
  • Create content: newsletters, communications, ad hoc documents, visual material etc.
  • Ensure the global communication through the development of the corporate Smart SN medias: intranet (MySmart and Showpad), website, social medias etc.
  • Monitor, control and ensure follow-up of corporate communication on social media
  • Realization and development of marketing & sales support material (merchandising material, leaflets, flyers, goodies & items for the e-shop)
  • Contribute to the implementation of sales support tools in alignment with the suppliers channel marketeers (Orange & Eneco) as well as external design & production agencies. This implies participation to the elaboration of project briefings, copywriting NL + FR, follow-up lay-outs & follow-up production.
  • Ensure the development of starter kits content, promo material, goodies & marketing material

Animation of Network

  • Contribute to the implementation, follow-up & animation of network incentive programs, promotions & product launches
  • Provide support for events logistics, organization, material, and goodies.

The Marketing Strategy & Plan

  • In charge of the development of corporate identity & brand

Major Interactions

  • Operations: align on content and rules for communications; provide material for the shop & starter kits;
  • Academy: align on content for training / Showpad…
  • Sales -: assist and support Sales Team to develop commercial actions
  • Rem/legal: align on content for communications

Specific expertise

Presentation and creation

Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French and English (oral & written)

Commercial minded

Education, specific training and experience

Preferably a University or College graduation with minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing & commercial position with experience in the management of websites, newsletters, social media, realization of merchandising material.

Interpersonal skills

Tis position requires demonstrated applied skills in word processing, website maintenance and other computer software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point). Proactive, creative, result oriented, team player & autonomous, good organization & presentation skills, positive, flexible, empathic, good listener.

You need to be able to work under stress with short deadlines.
