Euromonitor International is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Consultant to join the Marketing Claims Practice, one of the fastest-growing product areas at Euromonitor. Based in Mexico City, this role plays a pivotal part in the global execution and operation of our Marketing Claims certifications—enabling clients to leverage validated market data in product positioning, marketing, and advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Certificate Execution & Delivery

  • Draft and finalize marketing claim certificates for client delivery.
  • Insert validated claims and footnote ad copy in English and translated languages.

Copywriting & Editing

  • Write and edit claims and footnotes to reflect accurate market data and underlying research.
  • Ensure all copy aligns with research, industry standards, and client expectations.
  • Draft internal and external collateral to support and promote the Marketing Claims Practice and according to Euromonitor style guides.
  • Collaborate on design and layout of team assets and collateral for internal and external use.

Global Operations and Administration

  • Support the organization and design of claims processes ensuring that necessary colleagues are consulted and informed.
  • Operate as the administrative center for the marketing claims practice, and the ‘go-to’ person to help sales and research navigate what they need to do to execute opportunities or keep them progressing.
  • Maintain and enhance tracking and reporting for claims activity, including in Salesforce and other documentation necessary to monitor and share claims, claim renewals, and the portfolio of approved claim language.
  • Keep organized records to support transparency and consistency in claim execution.

Process Support & Documentation

  • Respond to routine inquiries about the marketing claims workflow and processes including but not limited to who to consult, what documents to execute and share, what documents and information clients need, and how to execute claim certificates.
  • Maintain organized records to support transparency and consistency in claim execution.
  • Help draft and design case studies and testimonials from claims clients, including potential feedback or insights on how the claims have helped their sales and business

Requirements

Language Proficiency

  • Native-level fluency in English (writing and editing).
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).

Writing & Communication

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to understand data and research and translate into simple, persuasive marketing language.

Organizational Skills & Operations Management

·       Demonstrated ability to take initiative and put organizational structures into place to manage content and work processes.

·       Experience coordinating teams and projects in a visible and consistent manner.

Attention to Detail

  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.

Collaboration & Initiative

  • Comfortable working across teams and time zones.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and process documentation a plus.
  • Exposure to translation workflows and multilingual content delivery.
  • Strong organizational and operations management skills.
