Crunchyroll, LLC is an independently operated joint venture between US-based Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Japan's Aniplex, a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc., both subsidiaries of Tokyo-based Sony Group Corporation.

About the role

We're looking for a Creative Producer for our LATAM region, who will serve as the regional production and project lead within Crunchyroll's global Creative Services team. Reporting to the Director of Creative Operations, you'll oversee the execution of creative projects across Latin America — ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality all align with our global creative standards and regional market needs.

You'll manage day-to-day production workflows across static, motion, experiential, and digital assets — partnering with regional marketing, global creative leads, designers, and vendors. From scoping and intake to routing approvals and tracking localization, you're the link between creative ambition and operational clarity.

This role requires strong coordination instincts, cultural fluency, and deep familiarity with how creative work gets made in a fast-moving, globally distributed team. Your goal: ensure every campaign and brand touchpoint across LATAM feels timely, intentional, and distinctly Crunchyroll.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Project & Production Management

  • Manage day-to-day creative timelines and delivery schedules across the LATAM region
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams and global Creative Services to coordinate asset production
  • Route deliverables, feedback, and localization inputs to ensure successful creative rollout

Resourcing & Vendor Oversight

  • Help identify, brief, and manage local vendors and freelance partners for creative execution
  • Coordinate with the Production & Finance team to manage estimates, SOWs, and deliverables
  • Track regional resourcing needs and flag gaps to global operations team as needed

Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration

  • Serve as the go-to creative producer for LATAM-based stakeholders
  • Align timelines and creative expectations with global Campaign Management and Project Management teams
  • Facilitate clear communication between creative disciplines, regional marketers, and external partners

Global Creative Integration

  • Adapt global campaigns and toolkits for LATAMlocalization and cultural nuance
  • Advocate for regional creative needs during global planning cycles
  • Track campaign alignment across priority countries and ensure high-quality execution in-market

We are considering applicants available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days each week onsite at our Mexico City office.

About You

We get excited about candidates, like you, because...

  • 5+ years in creative production or project management for entertainment, media, or fandom brands.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets with attention to timing, budget, and cultural nuance
  • Understanding of anime and youth culture across LATAM
  • Familiarity with digital, social, and experiential creative formats and requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency in creative workflow tools such as Wrike, Asana, or Figma
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus
  • Ability to work flexibly across international teams and time zones
