Job Summary:
he Marketing Campaign Analyst is responsible for marketing and communication campaign creation and deployment, aligning with key stakeholder to operationalize strategies set out by the enterprise. In addition to campaign management, this position will report out on campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytical skills to develop post and pre campaign analysis to drive engagement and performance of direct communication channels.
This position will be the day to day liaison between the Enterprise Communication, Marketing, and non-government programs lines of businesses, acting as the final gate keeper before creatives is seen by the member or prospect. Working in collaboration with Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Communications and IT teams to ensure all emails and audiences are within scope of rules and regulations, internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing audiences/segments for multichannel deployment in line with strategic goals and targeted marketing efforts.
- Execute and deploy email and social media marketing/communications campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Audience Cloud using Match Multiplier.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy of campaign audiences using SAS Customer Intelligence (SASCI) and outbound file transfer protocols.
- Provide reports on email KPIs through SFMC tracking, Litmus analytics, and post campaign measurement from SAS database query.
- Consult with key stakeholders to determine how we can support their business needs through member and prospect data analysis.
- Devise and develop email creatives though either HTML or SFMC content creation tool; in addition to testing and proofing with software tool (Litmus).
- Maintain vast amounts of content through file management within SFMC for compliance and government mandates and posterity; processing request for campaign evaluation and year over year content analysis.
- Work with cross functional teams to manage key data processes that support overall acquisition, retention, new product development and sales efforts.
Education/Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
- Requires a minimum of 3 years marketing and or sales education experience in financial services, consumer products, or retail industries. Health Insurance industry experience is a plus.
Knowledge
- Health Insurance Industry or financial/Credit Card Industry
- General understanding of model development and implementation
- Experience with analytical software such as SAS, SPSS Experience with database queries using SQL Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Prefers knowledge of Horizon BCBSNJ products and services
- Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows based environment, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes; Should be knowledgeable in the use of intranet and internet applications

Salary Range:
$61,200 - $81,900
This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
